Short-Term Rehab

Avenue at Macedonia provides in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation care. After an illness, injury or elective surgery; our experienced therapy team will strive to help you get back to your previous life and level of functioning as quickly as possible.

Facilities including diathermy and e-stim, complete training kitchen, full training bathroom and laundry facilities all available to prepare you for a successful and smooth transition to home. Our therapy team offers home evaluations to our patients prior to their discharge home. This will allow our team to provide suggestions, work on specific care needs prior to discharge and secure any equipment necessary, all to ensure a safe discharge back home.
